I'm Heather Sorgine, based in Oceanside, CA. I've spent my career doing one thing really well: walking into complicated situations and figuring out what needs to happen next. Whether it's coordinating a home renovation, supporting a family through a difficult transition, managing a business launch, or simply being the reliable person who shows up and handles what needs handling, that's what I do.
My background spans operations, business, communications, events, and project management. I've worked in environments where attention to detail and follow-through weren't optional, they were the job. That discipline is what I bring to every client relationship.
The kind of experience that matters
Over more than two decades, I've managed projects, run operations, coordinated events, supported businesses through growth and transition, and helped families navigate some of the most complicated moments of their lives. I've worked alongside healthcare professionals, attorneys, fiduciaries, and real estate agents, and I understand how to work within those relationships with discretion and professionalism.
I began offering home and family services because I saw a real need in my community. Busy families, seniors aging in place, adult children managing a parent's care from out of state, they all needed someone they could genuinely trust. Someone who treats their home and their family with the same care they would.
I work with a small, select number of clients at a time so I can give each one the focused attention they deserve. When you hire me, you work directly with me... not a franchise, not a call center.
