Senior Care Support — Family Nurse Practitioner

I had the opportunity to work alongside Heather while providing nursing care for a client who was seriously ill and receiving hospice care at home. Heather had initially been providing weekly household support, but as the client's condition changed, her role expanded significantly.

As the FNP on the case, I quickly came to appreciate how valuable Heather was to both the client and the care team. She was dependable, attentive, organized, and exceptionally capable of managing the many practical details that arise when someone is seriously ill at home. She helped maintain a comfortable, orderly environment and handled the everyday tasks and logistics that allowed me to remain focused on the client's clinical needs.

Heather was also an excellent communicator. She was observant, respectful of professional boundaries, and proactive about communicating concerns or changes that needed attention. Most importantly, she treated the client with genuine kindness and dignity.

After the client's passing, Heather continued to assist the family with the estate closeout. She was able to transition from providing hands-on household support to coordinating the many practical details that follow a loss — something that was an enormous help to the family during an already difficult time.

In my experience working with clients and families, finding someone who is both highly capable and genuinely compassionate is rare. Heather brings both qualities to her work. I would confidently recommend her to families who need a trustworthy professional to help manage the practical, logistical, and household aspects of caring for a loved one.

Senior & Family Support / Home & Pet Care

Heather was an absolute lifesaver. I hired her to check in on my grandmother twice a day while I was away at a work conference, feed the dogs, clean up after them, and she even picked up a medication refill for my nana without hesitation when the need came up. Having someone that reliable and trustworthy while I was hundreds of miles away gave me real peace of mind.

What sealed it for us was hearing how Heather had already helped a neighbor in my nana's community after she lost her husband. She supported her through organizing and cleaning during such a hard transition, with no pressure to rush and just the right mix of a helping hand and gentle guidance toward what the widow actually wanted. Heather is clearly already known and loved throughout the HOA community, and now I understand why.

If you need someone you can fully trust with your family, your home, and your peace of mind, Heather is that person.

Senior & Family Support / Home Organization

Heather helped take a weight off our family's shoulders with all the things she did to help my Nan in January. My Nan does not like having just anyone come into her home, and Heather was the exception. My Nan became her best friend right away! She is extremely helpful and resourceful. Sometimes, my Nan would struggle with scheduling her doctor's appointments and Heather helped her organize her calendar.

She is also great at organizing a home in general. I know this because after one of the bedrooms flooded and we had to move stuff out of the way for the repairs, Heather took on the challenge of efficiently reorganizing that room, which functioned as a home office for my Grandpa and my Nan. The room looked like it was renovated, but it was just Heather's magic in decluttering, cleaning and organizing it to look like a functional office (I cannot thank her enough).

Heather is so patient and caring with everything she does; those virtues are priceless to our family. I can rely on her to be there to help us when she can. She even came in to help me when I was recovering from surgery, which was great for my healing process since I did not have to worry about going to check on my grandparents and their kitties.

By the way, she is also great with pets. The cats love having her around. One of the cats follows her everywhere when she is here. I am super grateful that she was able to come check on me and also go check on my grandparents while I was recovering. It was a great relief to know that my grandparents were in good hands every time Heather went over to help them with many tasks I couldn't manage at the time.

Truly, I cannot say enough good things about our beloved Ms Heather. In all these different (and sometimes stressful) situations where we needed help, Heather would come in and give us the support that we needed to get back on track. I know I can trust her with anything I ask her to do. Honestly, Ms Heather has become a part of the family. We are very very grateful for everything she has done for our family. 10/10. Highly recommended!

Last-Minute Moving Support — Long-Distance

My mom was moving from Oceanside to Arizona by herself. She had a large Uhaul truck and her own car. I lived on the east coast at the time, so we made arrangements for another family member to drive the truck while my mom drove her car.

At the last minute the family member backed out. I called Heather thinking it would be a long shot, given the short notice. But Heather helped my mom with the moving tasks, and drove the Uhaul the entire way.

Heather was so warm, kind, and professional that I had no worries about my mom's move. She sent me updates when they stopped for food and gas. Heather turned a stressful, potentially disastrous event into a positive one.

I'd highly recommend Heather for anything you need. She has a gift of solving puzzles (there was certainly some "tetris" action with the Uhaul) and does so with such compassion that stress seems to melt away.
